Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 6 months relevant hospitality experience
- ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
- physical capability to perform job duties including standing and lifting
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a busy hospitality environment
- prior experience as a hotel front desk agent or maitre d' is a plus
- strong passion for hospitality and guest service
- ability to work efficiently under pressure
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items during shifts
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greeting guests upon arrival
- selling golf sessions and managing transactions
- coordinating tee-off times for all guests
- providing clear gameplay guidelines and instructions
- maintaining communication with management and team members
- adhering to company policies and procedures
- ensuring a positive guest experience
