Job Requirements
- Minimum six months experience in a busy environment in the hospitality industry
- Hotel front desk and/or maitre d’ experience is a plus
- Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company
- Ability to work under pressure and to a high standard
- Capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
- Availability to be on premises to perform all work requirements
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Sell golf games and related services to customers
- Coordinate golf tee off timings efficiently for all guests
- Provide guests with clear guidelines and instructions to enhance their experience
- Communicate effectively with management and other team members
- Adhere to Swingers policies, ethos, and procedures
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
