Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age upon application
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • College degree or customer service experience highly preferred
  • Must possess a valid passport with ability to travel internationally
  • Ability to pass FAA-mandated background check
  • Ability to pass drug test
  • Ability to complete intensive 6-week training program
  • Willingness to learn and work in Santa Ana

  • Lead cabin safety procedures
  • Conduct pre-flight emergency equipment checks
  • Enforce FAA regulations
  • Execute emergency evacuations
  • Manage turbulence protocols
  • Respond to security threats
  • Utilize training to respond to medical emergencies
  • Administer first aid and CPR
  • Use Automated External Defibrillators
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Provide meal and beverage services
  • Anticipate and meet passenger needs
  • Resolve flight delays and conflicts
  • Accommodate special passenger requests
  • Collaborate with crews, gate agents, and pilots
