- Willingness to learn and work in Santa Ana

- Lead cabin safety procedures
- Conduct pre-flight emergency equipment checks
- Enforce FAA regulations
- Execute emergency evacuations
- Manage turbulence protocols
- Respond to security threats
- Utilize training to respond to medical emergencies
- Administer first aid and CPR
- Use Automated External Defibrillators
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Provide meal and beverage services
- Anticipate and meet passenger needs
- Resolve flight delays and conflicts
- Accommodate special passenger requests
- Collaborate with crews, gate agents, and pilots
