Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Successfully complete 6.5 weeks of paid training in Houston, TX
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Be physically fit to perform safety-related duties
  • Pass background checks and drug screenings

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior flight attendant experience required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to pass required training and certifications

Job Duties

  • Ensure the safety of all passengers during flights
  • Provide warm and compassionate passenger assistance
  • Work collaboratively with pilots and crew members in a team environment
  • Perform service recovery to address and solve customer service issues
  • Comply with all safety and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs
  • Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and in-flight needs
