Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years old
  • have a high school diploma or GED
  • be legally authorized to work in the US
  • hold a valid passport
  • availability for variable schedule including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to attend 4-week paid training in Cheyenne, WY
  • 2 or more years of sales or cash-handling experience highly preferred

Job Duties

  • ensure passenger safety at all times
  • provide friendly and attentive customer service
  • conduct safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • promote and facilitate in-flight sales of snacks, beverages, and other products
  • respond swiftly and professionally to emergencies or passenger needs
  • collaborate effectively with team members to enhance the onboard experience
  • maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin
