Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior flight attendant experience required
  • ability to complete four weeks of paid training
  • flexibility to work irregular shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to respond to on-call or reserve shifts
  • physical ability to perform duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • legal authorization to work in the united states

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to remain calm under pressure
  • problem-solving attitude
  • customer service experience preferred but not required
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to pass FAA required training and certification

Job Duties

  • ensure passenger safety at all times
  • deliver attentive and genuine passenger assistance and hospitality
  • manage in-flight challenges with professionalism and calmness
  • collaborate effectively with pilots, ground staff, and crew members
  • participate in all necessary safety and emergency training
  • adhere to FAA safety regulations and company policies
  • maintain readiness for day, night, weekend, and on-call shifts
