Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to complete four weeks of paid training in Minneapolis
- Willingness to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and on-call
- Must pass FAA medical and background checks
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- Ensure passenger safety by following all FAA regulations and emergency procedures

- Collaborate with pilots, ground staff, and crew to ensure smooth flight operations
- Conduct safety demonstrations and secure the cabin
- Monitor passenger behavior and address concerns promptly
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
