Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior flight attendant experience required
  • must be flexible to work varying shifts including days, nights, weekends, and reserve on-call
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift carry-on baggage
  • pass FAA medical certification
  • proficiency in English
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
  • willing to complete 4 weeks of paid training in Minneapolis

Job Qualifications

  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor
  • customer service experience preferred but not required
  • must be able to complete FAA-required training and certification

Job Duties

  • ensure passenger safety and security during flights
  • provide attentive and genuine passenger assistance
  • perform safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with FAA regulations
  • manage in-flight challenges with professionalism and calm
  • collaborate effectively with pilots and ground crew
  • deliver best-in-class guest experience and service recovery
  • participate in ongoing training and readiness activities
