Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no prior flight attendant experience required
- must be flexible to work varying shifts including days, nights, weekends, and reserve on-call
- ability to stand for long periods and lift carry-on baggage
- pass FAA medical certification
- proficiency in English
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- willing to complete 4 weeks of paid training in Minneapolis

- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor
- customer service experience preferred but not required
- must be able to complete FAA-required training and certification

Job Duties
- ensure passenger safety and security during flights
- provide attentive and genuine passenger assistance
- perform safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with FAA regulations
- manage in-flight challenges with professionalism and calm
- collaborate effectively with pilots and ground crew
- deliver best-in-class guest experience and service recovery
- participate in ongoing training and readiness activities
