Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior flight attendant experience required
  • must be able to attend and complete 4 weeks of paid training
  • legally authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to pass background and security checks
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical fitness to meet safety requirements

Job Qualifications

  • ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Duties

  • ensure passenger safety and enforce FAA regulations
  • provide attentive and compassionate passenger assistance
  • manage in-flight emergencies calmly and professionally
  • collaborate effectively with pilots, ground staff, and crew members
  • deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive cabin environment
  • conduct safety demonstrations and briefings
  • assist passengers with special needs and service recovery
