- Ability to pass a swim test
- Must demonstrate poise under pressure
- Full flexibility for 24/7 operation work schedule
- Availability for long-haul night shifts, day shifts, weekends, and holidays

- 2 or more years of premium customer service experience preferred
- Ability to pass a swim test
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Serve complimentary meals on long-haul flights
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests
- Maintain poise and professionalism under pressure
- Assist passengers with special needs and emergencies
