- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Open availability for shift work
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to operate ground service equipment after training
- Strong teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Marshal aircraft on the ramp
- Load and unload baggage up to 70 lbs
- Operate heavy ground equipment such as belt loaders and pushback tugs
- Ensure the fastest and safest aircraft turns
- Work in all weather conditions
- Collaborate as part of a team to maintain on-time departures
- Maintain strict attention to safety protocols
