Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no prior experience required
- ability to lift baggage up to 70 lbs
- open availability to work any shift including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work in all weather conditions
- strong physical stamina and endurance
- eligibility to attend paid training at MDW and Dallas
- willingness to work in a unionized environment

- ability to operate ground support equipment after training
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- physical ability to perform demanding labor including lifting heavy baggage
- willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- marshal aircraft on the ramp
- load and unload baggage up to 70 lbs
- operate heavy ground equipment such as belt loaders and pushback tugs
- ensure flights depart safely and on time
- work in various weather conditions including extreme heat and cold
- maintain a fanatical attention to safety
- collaborate and communicate effectively within a team
