- ability to work any shift including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical stamina to stand for entire shift

Job Duties
- check in passengers
- verify travel documents
- sell ancillary services such as seat upgrades and baggage fees
- provide service recovery by rebooking passengers during delays or cancellations
- operate ticket counter, baggage service office, and boarding gates
- multitask between check-in system and passenger service
- support ramp and flight crews operationally
