Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior airline experience required
  • availability for all shifts including early day shifts starting at 4 AM, night shifts ending at 11 PM, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for entire shift
  • ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • excellent customer service skills
  • reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Check in passengers
  • verify travel documents
  • sell ancillary services such as seat upgrades and baggage fees
  • manage service recovery including rebooking passengers during delays or cancellations
  • provide operational support to ramp and flight crews
  • multitask between check-in system and passenger interactions
  • handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues
