Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- no prior airline experience required
- availability for all shifts including early day shifts starting at 4 AM, night shifts ending at 11 PM, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for entire shift
- ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
- excellent customer service skills
- reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Check in passengers
- verify travel documents
- sell ancillary services such as seat upgrades and baggage fees
- manage service recovery including rebooking passengers during delays or cancellations
- provide operational support to ramp and flight crews
- multitask between check-in system and passenger interactions
- handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues
