Job Duties
- check in passengers
- verify travel documents
- sell ancillary services such as seat upgrades and baggage fees
- proactively re-book passengers during delays or cancellations
- operate ticket counters, baggage service offices, and boarding gates
- provide operational support to ramp and flight crews
- multitask between check-in systems and passenger service
