Job Requirements

- no prior airline experience required
- ability to stand for entire shifts
- availability for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Checking in passengers
- verifying travel documents
- selling ancillary services such as seat upgrades and baggage fees
- assisting with service recovery by re-booking passengers during delays or cancellations
- operating ticket counters, baggage service offices, and boarding gates
- providing operational support to ramp and flight crews
- managing passenger inquiries under pressure
