Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior airline experience required
  • ability to stand for entire shift
  • availability for all scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to multitask and manage stress
  • effective communication skills
  • legal authorization to work in the country

  • customer service experience preferred but not required
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency with computer systems
  • problem-solving skills
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • checking in passengers
  • verifying documents
  • selling ancillary services like seat upgrades and baggage fees
  • proactively re-booking passengers during delays or cancellations
  • providing operational support to ramp and flight crews
  • multitasking between check-in systems and passenger service
  • handling passenger inquiries and resolving issues
