Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to complete JetBlue University training program
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to pass background checks and security clearances
  • availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • proficiency in English
  • physical ability to perform safety duties
  • willingness to relocate to base location

  • manage cabin experience strategy on each flight
  • uphold FAA and JetBlue safety standards
  • support guests and crew during all phases of flight using judgment and empathy
  • participate in immersive paid training at JetBlue University
  • deliver data-driven, cross-cultural customer service
  • collaborate with airline teams to enhance travel experience
  • comply with safety and operational procedures
