Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in stockroom or inventory management roles
Ability to lift and move items between 50-75 pounds frequently
Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
Basic computer skills
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or provide weekly negative COVID-19 test
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Physical capability to perform job duties
Commitment to teamwork and guest service excellence

Job Qualifications

Previous stockroom or inventory experience
Basic computer knowledge for inventory management tasks
Positive and welcoming attitude toward guests and team members
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong organizational skills
Effective communication skills
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early evenings

Job Duties

Organize and manage inventory including receiving, transferring, packing, stocking, and ticketing merchandise
Support daily store operations by assisting the store management team
Deliver exceptional guest service by maintaining a well-stocked and organized sales floor
Ensure stockroom runs smoothly and efficiently
Monitor inventory accuracy and proper stock levels
Collaborate with team members to resolve inventory or operational issues
Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the stockroom area
