Job Requirements
- Three or more years of experience required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associates degree preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Previous experience training and/or leading others required
- Previous experience in material handling and shipping/receiving required
- Experience working with automated demand fulfillment systems required

Job Duties
- Consistently and independently follow routine work procedures
- Operate within various work areas to support continuous flow manufacturing supply chain requirements
- Identify process disruptions and troubleshoot per standard protocols
- Perform routine quality inspections
- Promote continuous improvement and establish supply chain performance metrics
- Operate forklifts and handle material transport within the warehouse
- Manage inventory, order receipt, inspection, fulfillment, and shipping functions
- Collaborate across functions and with suppliers to create integrated supply chain processes
- Manage warehouse activities including processing, packaging, storage, and reporting
- Prepare and coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to control goods flow
- Monitor internal and external information to manage order backlog effectively
