Job Requirements

- High school diploma or GED required
- Three or more years of experience required
- Previous experience training and/or leading others required
- Previous experience in material handling and shipping/receiving required
- Experience working with automated demand fulfillment systems required.

Job Duties
- Consistently and independently follow routine work procedures
- Operate within various work areas to support supply chain requirements of a continuous flow manufacturing process
- Identify process disruptions and troubleshoot problems
- Perform routine inspections to ensure quality standards
- Focus on continuous improvement of material movement and establish key performance metrics
- Promote alignment by communicating customer needs throughout the organization
- Process supply chain and logistics functions including material handling, forklift operation, inventory, order receipt, inspection, fulfillment, and shipping
- Create integrated processes among internal functions and outside suppliers
- Transport materials or finished products using forklift or reach truck
- Fulfill orders including order entry, administration, and shipping
- Ensure effective order flow through systems meeting customer service standards
- Develop capacity plans for build-to-stock or build-to-order environments
- Maintain adequate inventory levels to maximize satisfaction and minimize cost
- Assist with volume and demand planning analyses and supply schedules
- Manage warehouses including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies
- Account for all materials and supplies and audit goods received
- Oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and related reporting
- Prepare and coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving
- Monitor information to establish and manage order backlog.
