Job Requirements

  • willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks
  • basic understanding of cleaning and sanitation practices
  • ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • previous experience in dishwashing or janitorial roles preferred but not required

  • willingness to support both kitchen and service teams with back-of-house operations

Job Duties

  • Operate the dishwashing machine to clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and small wares
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including equipment and floors
  • remove trash and recycling in a timely and safe manner
  • complete deep cleaning tasks and other special projects as assigned by leadership
  • assist with basic food prep when needed, following food safety guidelines
  • ensure cleaning chemicals are used and stored properly according to safety standards
