Job Duties
- Welcomes and engages all visitors
- guides guests through activities to ensure a great experience
- walks around keeping an eye on all activity to ensure smooth transitions between groups
- anticipates the needs of participants and makes contact with the appropriate staff for resolution
- manages number of participants entering to ensure capacity control
- may act as a floater throughout the facility
