- Active Illinois Bar license
- 2+ years of experience in property tax appeals, real estate, or related field
- Experience drafting legal documents and managing filings
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret valuation data
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently

Job Duties
- Draft and file property tax appeals, complaints, and legal briefs
- Analyze property valuations, assessment data, and financial records
- Manage appeals across Cook County Assessor, Board of Review, and Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board
- Handle complex commercial and development property matters
- Support Circuit Court tax objection cases
- Assist with tax incentives (6b, 7, 8, TIF programs)
- Communicate with clients on strategy, status, and outcomes
- Coordinate with assessors, government agencies, and appraisers
- Manage deadlines, filings, and appeal dockets
