Job Requirements
- Active real estate license in the state where you will be working
- reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
- have closed 40 lifetime sales transactions or deals
- three plus years of residential real estate sales experience with a strong grasp of real estate sales skills, contracts, negotiations, working with buyers and sellers, and building a sphere of influence
- two plus years of experience with direct experience leading, developing, or mentoring agents
- demonstrated track record driving successful sales on your own and a track record driving agent productivity for others you have mentored or supported
- willingness to work in the local Redfin office as needed for team meetings and all-hands sessions
Job Qualifications
- Active real estate license in the state of employment

- three plus years of residential real estate sales experience
- strong knowledge of real estate sales, contracts, negotiations, working with buyers and sellers, and building a sphere of influence
- two plus years of experience leading, developing or mentoring agents

- demonstrated track record of driving agent productivity through mentorship or support
Job Duties
- Put customers first by proactively reaching out to build trust and loyalty
- seek customer feedback, de-escalate problems and take swift action to resolve issues
- recruit, hire, onboard and retain a diverse and inclusive team of top-performing agents
- use internal tools and programs to drive and measure team success
- inspire, coach and partner with agents to grow their Redfin business
- empower agents to meet or exceed their sales goals
- model expertise in market, property and contract knowledge
- set high standards for service while maintaining strong close, attach and loyalty rates
