Job Requirements
- Active real estate license in the state where you will be working
 - Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
 - Have closed 40 lifetime sales transactions or deals
 - 3+ years of residential real estate sales experience
 - 2+ years of experience with direct experience leading, developing, or mentoring agents
 - Demonstrated track record driving successful sales on your own and a track record driving agent productivity for others you have mentored or supported
 
Job Qualifications
- Active real estate license in the state where you will be working
 - Have closed 40 lifetime sales transactions or deals
 - 3+ years of residential real estate sales experience
 - Strong grasp of real estate sales skills, contracts, and negotiations
 - Experience working with buyers, sellers, and building a sphere of influence
 - 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or developing agents
 - Demonstrated track record of driving successful sales personally and improving agent productivity
 
Job Duties
- Put customers first by proactively building trust, loyalty, and championing agents
 - Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain a diverse and inclusive team of top-performing agents
 - Inspire, coach, and partner with agents to build their Redfin business and exceed sales goals
 - Lead by example by modeling expertise in market knowledge, property, and contracts
 - Maintain high close, attach, and loyalty rates among team members
