Job Requirements

  • Must successfully pass background check

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years in commercial property management, preferably with multi-site retail or fitness portfolios
  • CPM (Certified Property Manager), RPA (Real Property Administrator) or similar designation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in lease language as it applies to building maintenance
  • Ability to occasionally travel within our markets
  • Willing to work a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days in the office in Las Vegas

Job Duties

  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements with facilities department
  • Serve as liaison between leadership, landlords, and internal teams
  • Support lease compliance in collaboration with real estate and legal departments
  • Address and resolve property-related issues raised by gym managers and regional leadership
  • Monitor property-level financial performance including rent obligations, CAM charges, and utility expenses
  • Ensure vendors meet performance expectations and service level agreements
  • Upload leases and detailed property management details to Occupier lease management system
