Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Typically 8+ years corporate real estate and/or facilities management across multisite environments
- Experience coordinating vendors and managing small projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the domestic US
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Basic knowledge of building systems and construction
- Customer service oriented approach
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Typically 8+ years of experience in corporate real estate and/or facilities management across multisite environments
- Experience coordinating vendors and small projects
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to all colleagues
- Solid project management and change coordination skills
- Basic understanding of building construction and systems such as electrical, HVAC, fire suppression, backup power, and low voltage cabling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
- Knowledge of flexible workspace programs
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) preferred
- Membership with International Facilities Management Association preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain the lease administration calendar including critical dates, options, expirations, and ensure documents and records are accurate
- Support site selection and transaction activities through data gathering, broker coordination, RFPs, and diligence packages
- Track space utilization and headcount plans, keeping floor plans and seat assignments updated
- Oversee day-to-day facility services like maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security access, and safety checks
- Coordinate moves, openings, consolidations, and decommissions with clear communication and manage punch lists
- Plan and run small to midsized renovations and workplace refreshes including scheduling, budget tracking, and vendor coordination
- Support larger buildouts and relocations with status reporting and cross-functional coordination
