Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three years customer service-related experience or training, or equivalent education and experience
- Valid Class A or B CDL with airbrakes endorsement
- Current IDOT Physical
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to work seasonally from April to November, with possible winter shifts
- Excellent work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or one to three years customer service-related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Mechanical aptitude to learn ready-mix truck components including electrical, pneumatics, compressed air, water systems, and computerized mixer controls
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, dispatching programs, operating instructions, and manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Effective oral communication skills
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and ability to interpret bar graphs
- Ability to apply common sense to follow instructions and solve problems
- Valid Class A or B CDL with airbrakes endorsement

- Ability to work seasonally, typically April - November, with possible winter work as weather allows
Job Duties
- Serve as a standard bearer for Manatt's mission and values
- Promote and exemplify company safety standards and policies
- Perform pre and post trip inspections and maintain truck cleanliness
- Position and operate ready-mix trucks for efficient loading and delivery
- Visually inspect loads to ensure quality and compliance
- Assemble, disassemble, and safely operate chutes for concrete discharge
- Document delivery details accurately including customer signatures and test results
