Job Requirements
- Must possess a Class B or A CDL license with air brake endorsement
- Maintain an active DOT qualification
- Minimum 2 years prior driving experience
- Ability to perform well in a team environment

- Willingness to train in Ready-Mix procedures
Job Duties
- Deliver ready mix concrete to job sites in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections using a tablet
- Evaluate concrete consistency and adjust as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of mixer truck using water hoses, scrapers, and brushes
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills on every job site
- Complete and collect customer signatures on delivery tickets, waivers, and payments
- Exercise sound judgment for safe worksite access, unloading, and maneuvering
- Follow turn-by-turn directions via tablet
- Utilize PPE in designated areas (steel-toed shoes, hard hat, eye/ear protection)
- Track truck hours
- grease equipment as required (every 100 hours)
- Assist with chipping hardened concrete from drums (as applicable by plant)
- Participate in plant maintenance (cleaning, organization, equipment upkeep)
- Support general yard cleanliness including sweeping and debris removal
- Read and acknowledge weekly Safety Data Sheets
- Engage in ongoing safety and communication updates
