Job Requirements
- valid commercial driver’s license class A or B with necessary endorsements
- ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- ability to drive and operate mixer truck safely
- willing to work overtime as required
- ability to lift and move weights up to 50 pounds
- no recent DUIs within last 2 years
- minimal moving violations
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to follow safety rules and procedures
- physical ability to perform job functions including climbing, stooping, bending, and sitting for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively
- 1-2 years of related experience or training preferred but not required
- hold a class A or B driver’s license
- possess a current medical card or ability to obtain one
- no DUIs within the last 2 years
- minimal moving violations
- able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- have good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain respectful relationships with customers and staff
- able to read and interpret safety rules, sales tickets, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
Job Duties
- drive mixer truck to work sites and discharge load
- hose down mixer truck to keep it clean
- walk on uneven and slippery surfaces at work sites and plant
- lift and attach extension chutes weighing 30 to 50 pounds
- oil, grease, service and make operating adjustments to equipment
- lift and move transported materials
- adhere to company safety policies and procedures
