Job Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – Class B or Class A (as required)
- Clean driving record and ability to meet insurance requirements
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
- Experience driving heavy trucks or construction vehicles preferred
- Ability to work early mornings, extended hours, weekends, and in varying weather conditions
- Physical ability to climb, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and work outdoors

Job Duties
- Safely operate a concrete mixer truck in compliance with DOT and company regulations
- Transport and deliver ready-mix concrete to designated construction sites on schedule
- Inspect vehicle before and after trips
- perform basic maintenance and report mechanical issues
- Accurately position truck and discharge concrete according to job-site requirements
- Maintain proper mix consistency during transport and delivery
- Complete delivery tickets, logs, and other required documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers
- Follow all safety procedures, including wearing required PPE
- Keep truck clean and in good working condition
- Assist with washout procedures and yard duties as needed
