Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum of 6 months operator experience
- valid CDL Class A license with Tanker endorsement
- willing to do labor work
- ability to work as a team member and maintain a professional and positive attitude
- motivated self-starter capable of managing multiple tasks
- ability to work safely under pressure with time constraints
- frequent cross body movements including bending, climbing, lifting up to 75 pounds, twisting, standing, balancing, stooping, handling materials, moving around hazardous sites
- good eye to hand coordination
- depth perception required
- flexible availability including overtime and weekends
- ability to communicate clearly, listen, and understand spoken instructions to ensure full comprehension of job duties, safety regulations, and emergency situations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Load your truck with ready mix concrete
- drive the concrete to the job site
- help unload the mixed concrete
- inspect your truck for mechanical issues
- perform or outsource maintenance
