Job Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Minimum education level - entry level
  • Body shop experience preferred but not necessary
  • In office Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
  • Organization and resourcefulness
  • Candidate must be dependable and a team player
  • Experience with basics such as word and excel
  • Ability to learn various body shop operating systems
  • Knowledge of body shop billing including insurance billing
  • Experience working in and around the body shop industry
  • Detail oriented
  • Working well within a team environment

Job Duties

  • Answering the phone
  • Insurance body shop billing
  • Taking in vehicles for estimates from customers
  • Scheduling estimates and vehicle repairs
  • Calling customers about the status of their vehicles
  • Emailing and faxing paperwork as needed
  • Working closely with the estimators and customers on the repair process
  • Performing additional duties as assigned
