  • ability to work in a small, fast-paced kitchen environment
  • understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • reliable transportation to meet the truck at designated locations

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • maintain consistency in portion sizes, flavor, and presentation
  • set up, operate, and break down cooking stations inside the food truck
  • assist with service during peak periods, ensuring fast and accurate order production
  • communicate clearly with cashier or service window staff to maintain timely order flow
  • adapt to changing menus, pop-up events, and varying production volumes
  • follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
