Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- maintain consistency in portion sizes, flavor, and presentation
- set up, operate, and break down cooking stations inside the food truck
- assist with service during peak periods, ensuring fast and accurate order production
- communicate clearly with cashier or service window staff to maintain timely order flow
- adapt to changing menus, pop-up events, and varying production volumes
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
