Job Requirements

Must be able to bend, stoop, lift and carry dishes up to 50 lbs
must be able to move quickly and carefully through dining and kitchen areas
ability to stand and walk during entire shift
able to enter and exit kitchen with full hands
able to climb ladder to reach upper shelves
20/20 near vision with correction
ability to hear with accuracy over loud background noise

Job Qualifications

Food handlers certification as required by state or local laws
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong communication and teamwork skills
attention to detail and cleanliness
ability to stand and walk for entire shift
manual dexterity to handle dishes and utensils
ability to hear clearly over background noise

Job Duties

Set and reset dining room tables according to restaurant standards
assist with clearing tables and refilling beverages
run food and restock clean plates, silverware, and glassware
clean wait stations and other restaurant areas throughout shift and at closing
deliver hospitality to every guest and honor guest requests or communicate them to appropriate staff
set up and break down work area for each shift
maintain service stations in a clean and orderly manner
expedite and run food
maintain a clean and safe environment and report unsafe conditions
empty trash cans using appropriate safety and sanitation measures
wash and sanitize hands regularly
comply with all applicable laws and Razzoos policies
perform additional responsibilities as requested by management
