Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18 years old

Job Duties
- Set up materials for next day production checking descriptions, item numbers, lot numbers, and expiration date
- Tag pallets with date and shift
- Notify production planner of material shortages or quality issues
- Contact Inventory Manager and resolve inventory variances
- Count down mix room and production line materials
- Investigate material variances indicating batch mixing errors
- Update and print set-up sheet spreadsheets
- Gather paperwork, check and receive materials into SAP
- Key balances into Material Consumption SAP
- Verify next day production schedule with production planner
- Attend material meetings
- Update spreadsheets for yield reports and material usage
- Distribute production reports and communicate material issues
- Key physical count of materials into issue log spreadsheet
- Issue additional materials as needed ensuring proper verification
- Collect paperwork and conduct checks throughout shifts
- Follow Good Manufacturing Process
- Perform additional duties assigned by management
