- ability to read and follow both written and verbal instructions and recipes to efficiently and accurately assemble menu items
- ability to work with a team and effectively communicate

- must attend mandatory student employee orientation and training sessions
Job Duties
- Provide a superior level of customer service
- properly manage time to set up event spaces with table linens, silverware, glassware, and other catering equipment by event start time
- break down equipment immediately following event
- maintain and replenish food and beverage needs throughout event
- take initiative to work independently and coordinate with catering team as needed
- use problem solving skills to provide accommodations for clients in a fast-paced setting
- perform minor housekeeping duties
