Job Requirements
- Provide direct patient care to FEMA personnel
- Assess and prioritize medical needs
- Monitor patient conditions and document observations
- Collaborate with emergency response teams
- Educate communities on health and safety
- Assist in managing clinical sites
- Completion of accredited paramedic training
- National Registry certification preferred
- CPR/BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Unrestricted paramedic license
- Ability to adapt to schedules
- Capacity to handle high-stress situations
- Willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Completion of paramedic training program accredited by the Commission of Accreditation of Allied Health Educations
- National Registry certification as a paramedic preferred
- Current CPR/BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience as a paramedic
- Unrestricted paramedic license in a U.S. state, territory, or commonwealth
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress and austere environments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Job Duties
