Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- pass an extensive screening process
- flexible availability to cover more than one shift
- possess a valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
- hold a current BSIS Guard Card or be willing to obtain one
- complete additional 32-hour BSIS security training
- ability to work in various shifts including special events
- comply with GardaWorld's equal employment policy
Job Qualifications
- Have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- able to ace and pass an extensive screening process
- security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- possess a driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
- hold a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr BSIS security trainings
- willing to obtain additional security training during the hiring process
Job Duties
- Monitor the premises to ensure security
- conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
- control access points and verify identities
- respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
- write detailed reports on events and incidents
- collaborate with authorities during serious situations
