Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
- customer service experience highly desirable
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- a sense of balance and physical coordination to handle multiple plates and shifting weights as items are delivered
- ability to multi task
- ability to establish a positive rapport with many types of personalities and the ability to communicate clearly with customers
Job Duties
- Clear, clean and re-set guest tables upon departure
- clean chairs, booth seating areas and floors as needed
- keep glasses, cups, share plates and to-go supplies stocked
- brew coffee and tea as needed
- deliver water to newly seated tables
- take drink orders
- enter bathrooms to check supplies and provide quick cleaning as needed
- notify server of food delivery and any follow up needed
- perform side work as specified
