Job Duties
- Assist in the preparation of flavor samples and prototypes
- perform basic laboratory tasks including weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients
- maintain accurate records of experiments and observations
- clean and maintain laboratory equipment and workspaces
- assist in the evaluation of flavor samples using sensory analysis techniques
- follow established safety protocols and procedures
- order and maintain inventory of lab supplies
- support senior scientists and flavorists in research and development projects
