Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a restaurant, food manufacturing, product development, or similar environment
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Job Duties
- Assist in the preparation, testing, and evaluation of new food product formulations
- conduct benchtop and pilot plant trials, accurately documenting all procedures and results
- support sensory evaluations and prepare samples for customer presentations
- maintain an organized inventory of samples and ensure proper labeling and storage
- weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to R&D protocols
- keep the R&D kitchen, lab equipment, and storage areas clean and organized
- record detailed formulation data and assist with report preparation
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- perform additional duties as assigned
