- Current SIDA badge holder
- 1-2 years of experience in a logistics, operations, or aviation environment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time-critical operations

- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong understanding of airport ramp procedures and safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time-critical operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, internal tracking systems)
Job Duties
- Coordinate and monitor ramp operations including truck dispatch, flight schedules, and equipment movement
- Serve as a communication liaison between the operations team, drivers, and airline contacts
- Ensure proper loading, securing, and transportation of catering equipment in compliance with safety and airport regulations
- Monitor flight status and adjust ramp operations in real-time as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation for flight schedules, delays, and incidents
- Support the ramp team with operational issues, troubleshooting and escalating concerns when needed
- Enforce all safety protocols, ramp driving regulations, and PPE usage
- Conduct spot checks for proper equipment handling and cleanliness
- Communicate any irregularities or delays to appropriate departments to minimize service disruptions
