Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year experience as a supervisor in valet parking
  • Vehicle elevator experience needed - Lift (minimum 6 months)
  • Fluent in English (Spanish as a secondary language a plus)
  • Valid Florida Driver's License
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to drive stick shift vehicles (preferred)
  • Ability to run and remain standing for extended periods of time

Job Duties

  • We are looking for service-minded individuals who are committed to providing outstanding customer satisfaction, team player, highly motivated, energetic, that love cars and are interested in working Full-time
  • Oversee the daily operations of the valet parking service
  • Supervise valet attendants to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure guests receive a positive first and last impression
  • Monitor vehicle flow, ensuring timely parking and retrieval
  • Train new valet attendants on company procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
  • Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Conduct regular inspections of the valet area to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Manage and secure vehicle keys, ensuring proper tagging and storage
  • Report any incidents, accidents, or operational challenges to upper management
  • Assist with valet parking duties during peak hours if needed
  • Ensure valet attendants adhere to dress code and maintain a professional appearance
  • The schedule for this position is: Wednesday to Sunday 3 PM to 11 PM
