Job Requirements
- Minimum one year experience as a supervisor in valet parking
- Vehicle elevator experience needed - Lift (minimum 6 months)
- Fluent in English (Spanish as a secondary language a plus)
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- Ability to drive stick shift vehicles (preferred)
- Ability to run and remain standing for extended periods of time

Job Duties
- We are looking for service-minded individuals who are committed to providing outstanding customer satisfaction, team player, highly motivated, energetic, that love cars and are interested in working Full-time
- Oversee the daily operations of the valet parking service
- Supervise valet attendants to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure guests receive a positive first and last impression
- Monitor vehicle flow, ensuring timely parking and retrieval
- Train new valet attendants on company procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
- Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular inspections of the valet area to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Manage and secure vehicle keys, ensuring proper tagging and storage
- Report any incidents, accidents, or operational challenges to upper management
- Assist with valet parking duties during peak hours if needed
- Ensure valet attendants adhere to dress code and maintain a professional appearance
- The schedule for this position is: Wednesday to Sunday 3 PM to 11 PM
