Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and days off
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to work in a high noise level environment

Job Duties
- Manage and coordinate airport ramp and passenger service activities
- Monitor work performance and ensure quality standards are met
- Direct personnel and oversee staffing requirements
- Participate in discipline, coaching, counseling, hiring, and termination of subordinates
- Ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and contractual agreements
- Maintain budgetary controls and workforce manning
- Ensure operational safety, security, and employee relations
- Oversee cargo loading, unloading, and transport
- Manage passenger services including ticketing and baggage check-in
- Coordinate with catering, fueling, and maintenance departments
- Act as company representative
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning
- Monitor and enforce security protocols and compliance audits
