Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
  • Six months to one year related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and days off
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Ability to work in a high noise level environment

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
  • Six months to one year of related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
  • Strong cognitive skills to set priorities and use independent judgment
  • Ability to handle stress and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Effective verbal communication skills before groups

Job Duties

  • Manage and coordinate airport ramp and passenger service activities
  • Monitor work performance quality and quantity
  • Direct personnel and oversee staffing requirements
  • Participate in hiring, coaching, counseling, and discipline of employees
  • Ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and contractual agreements
  • Maintain safety, security, and employee relations standards
  • Communicate with airport officials and customers to enhance operations
