Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift and handle heavy baggage and cargo up to 50 lbs or more
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a commercial driver's license (CDL) if required
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and flight crews
- Ability to work in various weather conditions including extreme heat, cold, and rain
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and nights
- Basic mechanical aptitude for operating ground support equipment
- Ability to pass background checks and comply with airport security regulations
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols
- Previous experience in aviation or a similar field is preferred but not mandatory
- Fluently read, write, and speak the English language

Job Duties
- Marshall aircraft upon arrival and departure
- Load and unload cargo and baggage on and off aircraft
- Safely drive and operate ground support equipment including belt loaders, tugs, and baggage carts
- Sort and load baggage
- Perform ground service functions such as connecting and removing ground power and ground start units, and water service
- Perform aircraft pushback, wing walking, and related guide man functions
- Maintain a secure work environment
