Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift and handle heavy baggage and cargo up to 50 lbs or more
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a commercial driver's license (CDL) if required
- Ability to work in various weather conditions including extreme heat, cold, and rain
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and nights
- Ability to pass background checks and comply with airport security regulations
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Fluently read, write, and speak the English language
- Previous experience in aviation or a similar field preferred but not mandatory

- Basic mechanical aptitude for operating ground support equipment
- Ability to fluently read, write, and speak the English language
- Previous experience in aviation or ground handling operations preferred
- Familiarity with aircraft types and airport layout preferred
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols in the airport environment preferred
- Experience operating ground support equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and forklifts preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure preferred
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for paperwork and scheduling
- Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude toward passenger interactions
Job Duties
- Marshall aircraft upon arrival and departure
- Load and unload cargo/baggage on and off aircraft
- Safely drive and operate ground support equipment including belt loaders, tugs, and baggage carts to pick-up and deliver cargo/bags between the terminal, warehouse, and aircraft
- Sort and load baggage
- Perform ground service functions such as connecting/removing ground power and ground start units and water service
- Perform aircraft pushback, wing walking, and related guide man functions
- Maintain a secure work environment
