Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • able to stand, walk, and handle baggage for eight hours
  • able to read, write and speak English fluently
  • possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license with a good driving record
  • eligibility to acquire and maintain vital credentials
  • pass background check
  • pass physical ability test, hearing and vision tests, drug screen
  • available for day and night shifts, weekends, holidays
  • able to perform physical activities including lifting up to 70 lbs
  • ability to obtain training certifications
  • legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • work 100% on-site
  • reliable and punctual attendance
  • meet uniform and appearance standards
  • able to work in high noise levels
  • no extended residence outside the US in past three years except military or government exceptions
  • successful completion of interview and assessment
  • willing to work mandatory overtime when required

Job Qualifications

  • comfortable with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
  • able to stand, walk, and handle baggage for an eight-hour shift
  • able to read, write and speak English fluently
  • ability to communicate with other departments and flight crews
  • possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with a good driving record
  • eligible to acquire and maintain credentials vital for the position
  • pass a background check
  • pass a pre-placement physical ability test, hearing and vision tests, and drug screen
  • available during day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • able to perform physical activities including bending, stooping, climbing, lifting up to 70 lbs
  • ability to obtain required training certifications
  • legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • meet uniform and appearance standards
  • willing and able to work 100% on-site

Job Duties

  • Process baggage, boxes, and/or cargo between baggage/cargo areas and aircraft
  • Receive and dispatch aircraft
  • Load and unload baggage and cargo efficiently
  • Operate and drive equipment safely
  • Perform safety checks and comply with operational safety standards
  • Communicate with other departments and flight crews
  • Interpret load sheets, baggage tags, and cargo labels
